2016 winner Jacob Purtell has proven himself to be a leader in the retail sector is his role as Store Manager at Harris Scarfe Ulladulla in NSW. An innovative manager who thinks outside the box to achieve his KPIs, exemplifying what can be achieved when you embrace creativity and develop your team for outstanding results. Jacob has also taken on higher duties within the NSW area as champion of the new Harris Scarfe service model, Unexpected Service, while continuing to drive an increased sales result and positive contribution in his store. An invaluable member of the Harris Scarfe team, his commitment to uplifting and in motivating his peers and involvement in the development of tools for new employees deservedly earned him this Award.
