Furniture e-tailer rebrandsBY Australian Retailers Association
Six weeks after its acquisition of fellow home and furniture e-tailer, Wayfair Australia, Temple & Webster has relaunched the website with a new brand and positioning.
Wayfair Australia is now to be known as Zizo.com.au, and will stock 100,000 products from more than 800 brands in furniture, home décor, lighting, rugs, kitchenware through to home improvement and hardware.
Zizo will have a local service team and a focus on product range, with more than 1000 new products added weekly. In its first days of trade, Zizo turned over more than $150,000. It has a policy whereby most orders leave the warehouse network within 48 hours
“Wayfair Australia established itself as the market leader in product range and customer service," said Zizo GM, Mike Henriques.
"This is more than a rebrand, with Zizo we are taking the customer experience to the next level, offering Australian shoppers all they want in one place, with the promise that they’ll be looked after while finding what they need. We focus on simplicity, service, and speed to make it easy for everyone.”
