According to Australia Post's Inside Australian Online Shopping 2018 e-commerce Industry Paper, in the last year, Australian e-purchase experienced 19.2% growth, compared to an 11.5% increase from the year before. KPMG’s Global Retail Trends 2018 report forecasted that by the year 2020, customer experience will overtake price and product as a key brand differentiator.
